Description

Wiremedon are snake-like monsters that favor life in the sea more than crawling around on land. Their leathery scales have developed into brightly colored fins to aid them as they swim through the reefs.

As a fully mutated form, Wiremedon are much more reserved when it comes to electrocution. Instead of releasing electricity along its body, this monster will use its large metal fangs to chomp down on a target and release heavy and concentrated amounts of electricity into its target. Researchers believe that this snake monster uses electricity much like how land snake monsters use venom.

The fangs of Wiremedon are long and close together, meaning this monster is unable to fully close its mouth. Wild Cetitan and Whaleking are sometimes found with Wiremedon fang punctures on their sides, which is evidence that Wiremedon do wander far from their Exile Island home.
